I understand that during our life journey, we may experience mental, emotional, and relational distress. Sometimes we know what is causing it but we don’t necessarily know what to do about it. At other times we don’t actually know what is causing the discomfort or pain, but we know we feel it. This is where therapy can be very helpful. I find it a privilege to walk alongside each of my clients as they work to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and the impact it's had and continues to have on them.
