I take an intersectional, anti-oppressive, and holistic approach to therapy. This approach involves meeting my clients where they’re at, focusing on the therapeutic relationship, and working together to create realistic goals that are relevant to your life and needs. I am empathetic, direct, and keep it real while maintaining compassion. Most importantly, I believe that therapy can (and should) be fun! I pride myself in creating a therapeutic space where my clients can work on the hard stuff, but also take space to laugh and just be human.
