As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I currently specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, family conflict, anger management, life transitions, body image concerns, self-esteem struggles, communication difficulties, and parenting challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and client-centered. In our first sessions, we’ll work together to identify your unique needs and set personalized goals to help you move forward with confidence.
