Therapy is about facilitating conversations to help someone build self-awareness and healthier relationships with oneself and others. The experience of watching an individual grow beyond their current mindset of sadness, depression, feelings of hopelessness to unworthiness into an individual who truly knows and believes in their personal value is why I love therapy. To make you as comfortable as possible, we can also meet in your home. I have found that providing services in the home, when appropriate, can break down barriers and allow your natural environment to play a role in the healing process.
