Welcome. I am a clinical psychologist who has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of behavioral, emotional and medical problems. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is provided in a warm, nurturing environment. This approach is highly effective, result-oriented, and goal-focused and is best suited for individuals who want to play an active role in making positive changes in their lives. Problems addressed include: anxiety, depression, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, behavioral disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, weight management, compliance with medical care, chronic pain, and coping with life stressors (grief/loss, illness, and bullying).
