Our work together will help you deepen self awareness, increase compassion for yourself, and resolve old patterns that no longer serve you. I will guide you in identifying your own goals for therapy and collaborate with you to help increase peace of mind, self understanding and improving relationships. Along with 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. My approach is trauma informed and client-centered.
