I have more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression or recovering from emotional trauma. I work from a psychodynamic model, but use many other modalities depending on the needs of the client. I often use journaling, art work or other creative methods to help clients express difficult or painful feelings. I have extensive experience in both children's and adult hospital settings helping clients cope with chronic illness or other emotional issues.
