Hello! I am glad you are here. I help young adults process their past and create a meaningful future. Our meetings are a nonjudgmental space for you to resolve traumatic memories; process family experiences; explore your strengths & values; and learn helpful communication and coping skills. I have extra experience helping folks who grew up in high-control religious and/or homeschooling environments. Wanting to support others from this shared background is the reason I became a therapist.
