As a psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with you to problem solve, improve your coping skills, heal from past traumas and make positive life changes. Our work together will help you develop a better understanding of yourself and patterns of behavior. Additionally, I partner with parents and primary caregivers to develop strategies and gain a better understanding of the meaning behind children’s behavior. I believe working directly with primary caregivers can be more effective in achieving change than working one-on-one with a young child. I provide my clients with an environment based on sensitivity, empathy and respect.
