Hello! My name is Joanna D'Agosta, a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work diligently and compassionately with clients towards their desired levels of productivity and contentment. Largely utilizing CBT and related supportive techniques, I attempt to help my clients reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of potential mood instability, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, grief/loss, domestic violence/abuse and interpersonal and behavioral conflicts. I enjoy interacting with clients through an effective client-centered thought-coaching philosophy that promotes respect and dignity throughout the therapeutic process.
