My therapeutic approach incorporates a strengths-based focus with clients to reach the strongest level of compatibility and support. I bring a person-centered and empathic focus to aid in supporting individuals and families to reach a strong rapport between client and therapist. I work to create a safe and honest environment where each client can navigate through their story with guidance and insight through a collaborative working relationship.
