Are you feeling tired, stressed, and anything but satisfied? Do you need support during a difficult time in your life? Do you feel anxious, sad and wish you knew why? Do you feel like you've tried everything to be a better partner, and parent and nothing you do is working? I'm here to help! My role is to travel your path with you, to create a space and relationship that is welcoming and safe. One where you can identify strengths you’ve developed and habits that hold you back. My part is to help you learn to recognize choices you may not have seen and build the strength to select ones that work for you.
