It is my hope that you to feel valued and respected in a non-judgmental environment. I will help you establish the goals you want to achieve, and then guide the process to make that happen. In my 25+ years of experience , I have had extensive training in the following areas: loss & grief, domestic abuse, education and career issues, anxiety & depression, Myers Briggs Type Indicator & the Strong Interest Inventory. I will also provide any resources that may be of additional help. In addition, I am trained to provide mediation services if needed.
