Welcome to Introspective Therapy. As a clinician with more than 18 years of professional experience, I develop a nurturing and supportive relationship. My clinical approach is collaborative and action based. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I have a niche in treating anxiety, depression and addiction. Additionally, my focus as a couples therapist is improving communication, deepening emotional expression, and building trust and security.
