Patients can have the expectation of a safe, healthy environment that will allow them to use specific therapeutic approaches to take long-term control of a variety of issues. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Exposure Response Therapy (ERP), Action Commitment Therapy (ACT), and/or Solution-Focused Therapy, patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, Specific Phobia, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Interpersonal Issues will develop tools that will guide them beyond the walls of the therapy session.
