We distract ourselves, distance ourselves, or self-medicate with food, relationships, substances and more. At some point, these methods do more harm than good. I have experience helping people with trauma, relationships, self-esteem, body image, substance use, anxiety, depression, OCD, binge eating disorder, suicidal thoughts and more.
