My life is deeply rooted in faith, family, and the belief in the balance of mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move forward. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those diagnosed with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I am also passionate about working with athletes from youth to collegiate age. With a dedication to helping others who are struggling, I have a strong understanding of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sports counseling, and suicide/suicide prevention.
