I offer individual psychotherapy, primarily in-person, with an emphasis on clinical hypnosis. I welcome adults to my practice who seek a positive approach to address anxiety, depression, irrational beliefs, fears, and other limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My goal is to guide you towards a deeper understanding of your own internal resources that when accessed, can help you make the changes you want for yourself. In addition to clinical hypnosis, my approach is influenced by solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and internal family systems informed practices. My goal is to get you started in making the changes you are ready to make in the shortest time possible. A limited number of sessions can help you "try on" this solution-focussed approach without committing to long-term therapy. This is often a good "add-on" for those already engaged with a therapist.
