I recognize that each client brings their own strengths, perspectives, and ways of coping, and I aim to meet people where they are, offering support that feels authentic, collaborative, and empowering. In the therapy room I bring genuine care, warmth, respect, life, energy, and heart to remind you that even in the hard stuff, you’re still human. I mix real-world wisdom with evidence-based tools and the clinical practices of Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
