Welcome to a place of healing and growth! Times that feel challenging and painful provide you with the opportunity to rearrange your life so that your journey is more peaceful and fulfilling. But to do this, it helps to have a guide; someone who knows the terrain so that you can find the best way forward. I have been this guide in an outpatient setting to many adults challenged by anxiety, depression, grief, and a history of trauma. As a hospice volunteer, I have also worked with families at the end of life. I look forward to the opportunity to serve as your guide as well.
