As a therapist, I provide a calm, supportive space for adolescents and adults (ages 16–45) to process their experiences, gain clarity, and develop tools to handle life’s challenges confidence. I specialize in supporting adolescents and women of diverse backgrounds who are ready to focus on personal growth, balance, and emotional well-being. I offer both individual and group therapy, creating space for learning, connection, and progress.
