I am a NY licensed psychotherapist with 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I bring an integrative approach to my work, blending psychodynamic theory, transpersonal therapy, CBT and somatic practices. As a former professional dancer, I am particularly attuned to how our bodies process stressful experiences. I treat a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, trauma, grief and loss. I also specialize in working with adults who are struggling with attachment-related challenges.
