I believe most people want to have their voice heard, and understood, without judgement. Therapy is a great place for this: sometimes we just need a supportive ear to listen to our story, other times we need help in sorting out our feelings, and other times we need help formulating a plan of action when we are feeling stuck. In an effective therapeutic relationship, all of these things can happen. Much of my clientele are successful working professionals needing support in managing the stress that comes along with modern life. Additionally, my work centers on helping survivors of domestic violence and post-separation abuse thrive.
