Being a teen can be tough, so many ups and downs and feelings that seem out of control. Sadness, stress, negative thoughts, and overwhelming struggles can sometimes be too difficult to fight on your own. Sometimes it takes someone else's support to make changes for yourself. You don't have to do it alone because I am here to help. My goal in therapy is to work with you to explore what brings you down and to help and support you in finding what makes you whole.
