Whether the story is predominantly positive or negative, we all have the power within us to edit or rewrite it to realize our dreams and wishes. Through focusing on one’s strengths, challenging negative thought processes, and addressing trauma, I enjoy partnering with clients to empower them to edit their story so they are able to move forward and achieve the life they have always envisioned for themselves.
