I am a graduate of Fordham University and I have been in practice for almost 20 years. My goal is to help my clients enhance their quality of life and make positive changes that will improve their overall wellbeing. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients find better ways of managing and coping with their emotions and struggles. My greatest strength is helping people find hope. I want my clients to know that by working together we can make changes that can make them feel understood and in control of their lives. After scheduling your first session, you will receive some initial paperwork and forms to complete prior to our meeting. At your first visit, I would like to learn more about you. We will discuss your goals for treatment and how we will go about meeting those goals.
