I am passionate about working with individuals who are seeking a unique blend of traditional therapy with somatic/holistic/spiritual lenses and techniques. Clients who are working through trauma, grief, life transitions, identity transformations, and spiritual challenges and seeking support through an integrative approach that are looking for a deeper level of growth and healing beyond what traditional talk therapy offers on it's own. Clients who work with me tend to stay because they see therapy as a life long tool that can be utilized in every season of their journey towards continually becoming the person they are working to be.
