We all navigate this process, often coined the journey of life, where we experience the anticipated milestones, often accompanied by those unexpected "twists" that can jolt us into a state of imbalance, leaving us feeling off-centered or off-track. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space. One where you feel empowered to get back to your center and move forward with clarity and confidence. The foundation to our work together starts with building a collaborative, therapeutic relationship, that will lead us to the beginning of your journey back to your center. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from The University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from St. Catherine University. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as well as an approved Clinical Licensing Supervisor.
