I work with a wide range of clients ages 12+ and various diagnoses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them uncover their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward meaningful, attainable goals. What drives me most is the opportunity to empower others—watching clients discover their voice, build resilience, and take steps toward the life they want to live is incredibly rewarding. I strive to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
