I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years experience. My work is collaborative, strength based and often playful. I have an extensive background in working with family systems through the lens of attachment theory. Over the past several years I have shifted from family to individual work with adults, utilizing a model of psychotherapy called Internal Family Systems. I find this model an empowering and dynamic way of helping individuals get to know parts of themselves, thus taking charge of their own healing.
