With a background in elementary education and a passion for supporting children, youth, adults and families, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. Over the past two years, I have worked with individuals facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, self-harm, grief, family conflicts, self-esteem challenges, and parenting struggles. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a school social worker and a certified children's yoga instructor, integrating movement and mindfulness into therapeutic work. My approach is relational and client-centered, ensuring a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
