I value a collaborative approach to therapy that encourages self-efficacy and personal choice. I do not believe in telling you that you must change, or in telling you how you must change. Instead, we'll work together to determine what you are experiencing, clarify what your personal goals are, and support you in determining how you can best meet your needs. I have particular experience and training in helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, trauma/traumatic stress, and boys' & men's issues.
