I offer a free 50-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Please note that consultations are conducted exclusively over the phone. My ideal client wants to grow, heal, and move forward but often feels stuck in pain from the past. Anxiety, addiction, depression, stress, and self-sabotaging behaviors can be signs of unresolved trauma. Many of my clients have experienced grief, loss, trauma, neglect, toxic relationships, or deep rejection. I create a space that’s supportive and challenging. One where you’ll be fully validated, held accountable, and never left to face it alone. I don’t let clients avoid the hard work but I meet them with compassion and honesty. I’m direct, but always come from a place of care. I create individualized treatment plans using a variety of exercises, modalities, and assignments to help clients heal, grow, and move toward the life they want.
