My ideal client is someone struggling with mental health challenges and/or couple/family relationship challenges. I specialize in treating individuals with mood disorders like anxiety and depression, substance abuse issues, work/life imbalance, relationship challenges, and more. My therapeutic goal is to move clients toward their identified goals as quickly as possible. I also work extensively with couples/families to help people communicate better and resolve interpersonal conflicts in a healthy way. I'm a certified Prepare-Enrich marital/premarital counselor and trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, with good outcomes. As a therapist, I am warm, empathetic, and understanding. I believe all thoughts, feelings, and behavior serve a purpose. I help clients identify their purpose and then help them find healthier, more constructive ways to accomplish that purpose. I believe every person is unique and I help each client self actualize their full potential. Let's talk about it!
