I work with clients ages 12 and older seeking support with concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience with individuals navigating LGBTQ+ issues and the unique challenges that can arise in this area. I strive to understand what each client is going through, knowing that feeling understood by another person can bring meaningful relief. My approach focuses on helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and discover pathways to greater peace and fulfillment. I aim to create an affirming, supportive space where clients can explore challenges while fostering hope for meaningful change.
