I support young adults & college students navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I started my Boulder practice after completing practicum at Harvard University Counseling & Mental Health Services, where I provided psychodynamic support to undergraduate and graduate students, including students marginalized on account of gender, race, and sexuality, and young adults recovering from traumatic experiences. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic practice. I help clients uncover unconscious thoughts, emotions, and behaviors by exploring how past experiences influence their present lives. This process helps clients identify patterns and work toward meaningful, positive change.
