Hi, I’m Joel. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years experience treating Veterans, First Responders, and Trauma Survivors. Being a Veteran myself, I deeply understand the challenges associated with trauma. I believe that each of us has a worst day. How we change in response to that worst day is part of what defines us. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), which are two of the most highly recommended treatments for trauma. It is often helpful to have an objective view of your challenges, and that is where a therapist can be beneficial.
