Hello! We are living through tough times, and we all need to talk to someone. So whether it's me, another therapist, a trusted family member or a friend, I am thankful you want to talk and take care of yourself. I am an easy going and genuinely curious therapist. My goal is to create a non judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, gain awareness of any self limiting patterns, learn helpful skills, and hopefully laugh some. I believe that the challenges and transitions we face can become opportunities for personal growth and a chance to reframe our experiences in a positive way.
