My goal is to help others find relief from the cycle of difficult thoughts and emotions that arise from a variety of life circumstances, whether adjusting to new events or dealing with a life-long struggle. Learning new skills, perspectives and being heard can be transformative. Your life-story, your beliefs and your strengths are of paramount importance. I strongly believe in acceptance, compassion and hope, offering these at all stages of our work together. I aim to respond to every call by the end of the day. Openings- Monday 6am ,7am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm. Thurs 1pm, Fridays 6am, 7am, 8am, Sunday 6am, 7am, 8am.
