Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been providing mental health treatment for eight years both in private practice and at a mental health facility. I’ve been privileged to have worked with thousands of people from different backgrounds and I believe that pain in all its forms can be a catalyst that leads us toward action and connection - whether that’s within the mind, out in the world or both. In our initial session, you'll find a welcoming and judgment-free environment to share your story and goals. I'll conduct a comprehensive assessment to shape our work together. This session is also a chance for you to ask any questions, experience my approach and for me to tailor it to suit your needs and comfort level.
