My goal as a therapist is to have a large bag of tools for you so that we can find a technique that you respond to best. I love working with creative people, people who are suffering from anxiety, depression, dissociation, people who are tired of surface level tallk therapy and cognitive coping strategies!. I don't believe that any one approach works for every person, and want to work with you collaboratively to find out what it is that you need for your unique life story.
