Karen Joelle Kobliska, PSY34562. Dr. Joelle Kobliska is a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in working with teens and the adult population. Dr. Kobliska has over 9 years of direct experience conducting psychotherapy, diagnosing, and psychological assessments. After earning a B.S. degree in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento, and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, she went on to obtain a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. She has been an active clinician in professional counseling settings.
