For many clients there has been a disconnect from the authentic self and therefore less satisfaction and peace in life. This is sometimes experienced through symptoms of depressive/anxious symptoms, difficulty in relationships, constant "triggers", increase in physical symptoms, trouble at school/home/work, lack of hope, etc. In life, barriers are sometimes created that block us from the authentic self that point us to individualized needs. In session we will work to reconnect with those unique and significant parts of the self and learn and use various tools to meet those needs. Clients can then experience more peace, wholeness, and satisfaction in various areas of their lives.
