Sometimes our troubles and feelings become overwhelming and we struggle to cope. Sometimes we feel disconnected and alone. Therapy is for you if there are things you would like to change and understand in your life that are too painful or shameful to grasp alone or even with a friend. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals and families of all ages. I am passionate about helping you understand old patterns so that you can then grow yourself into the fullness of who you truly are in the here and now.
