Hello! I am honored you are taking the time to consider therapy with me. A little bit about myself: I believe in the inherent value, purpose, and dignity of each person and that through therapy, individuals can develop, or re-establish, this belief about themselves. My primary focus is talk therapy to get to know one another and what is bringing you in. Then we will work collaboratively to build and develop your internal strengths, skills, and resources that lead to readiness for making desired changes and managing mental health symptoms or challenges currently present in ones life. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, ages 12+. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from a variety of research-based approaches. I integrate a humanistic perspective with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and will incorporate nature, movement, mindfulness, and spiritually into therapy with your desire and consent.
