Together, we will peel away the layers and find the root of the problem. Through thoughtful intention and action, you will gather the confidence needed to strive in the face of adversity and create your vision of wellness. I'm a LCSW certified in perinatal mental health with over 16 years of experience. I work with individuals of all backgrounds. Being Spanish speaking and a first generation Latina, my goal is to provide a safe space that is culturally competent and rooted in the understanding of the shared experiences and unique perspectives you have.
