My approach is informed by contemplative and nondual frameworks. I support those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship or career challenges, and those exploring spirituality, purpose, self-actualization, and self-sabotage. Therapy is collaborative: together we clarify what matters most, build skills, and heal old wounds according to your wants and needs. Everyone carries the keys to their own growth; my role is to help you find and use them.
