As men, we are conditioned to try and solve life's many complexities on our own, but the truth is reaching out for help shows immense strength, not weakness. You may find yourself experiencing anxiety, depression, or issues in your relationships. Perhaps you're more irritable than usual or find yourself being "short" with those around you. Often mental health struggles manifest themselves differently in men than they do in women. I am a therapist that understands the unique challenges men face and how to help navigate through them.
