I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). My approach to therapy is humanitarian-based, and I like to focus on the cognitive foundations of self-understanding. I've worked with a large cross-section of populations over the last 30 years from prisoners in Donovan State Prison to decorated war veterans for the U.S. Veteran's Administration. I've treated many, many clients with trauma-based disorders like PTSD, and with mood disorders like major depression and bipolar depression.
