In my over 25 years of clinical experience, I have found that there are common psychological obstacles that prevent people from experiencing a high-quality life. Many people have histories of working hard to build better lives and manage distressing psychological symptoms, yet remain stuck in frustrating patterns, unable to make positive changes. I believe that the difficulty is not in the effort they have put in to try and improve, but in the missing personal insights, and the lack of knowledge regarding the use of specialized improvement strategies.
